Predicate reference

To propose a new predicate, open an issue on GitHub with the label predicate-proposal. Include: the predicate name (uppercase), a one-line definition, at least two usage examples, and the proposed tier. Custom predicates for domain-specific use can be declared in the vocabulary block — see §5. Profile predicates for healthcare, finance, and education are reserved for v1.1 — see Appendix D.
